PLC CONTROLLER ELP11R32 SERIES

The PLC Controller ELP11R32 series is the next generation of EL-Piast’s controllers. A brand new platform significantly improves the performance and capabilities of the controller. The most important new feature is Modbus and BACnet support depending on the device configuration (please refer to Technical Data Sheet for available configurations), as well as a built-in web server.

ETHERNET CARD

The communication protocol BACnet IP or Modbus TCP of the PLC Controller ELP11R32 series is implemented using an Ethernet card, which is standard equipment of the controller (please refer to Technical Data Sheet for available configurations).




WEB SERVER

To manage our controllers equipped with Ethernet card, we have WEB Server application. All you need to make it work is any device with a web browser for the most popular operating systems. The WEB Server application is made in the RWD (Responsive web design) technology which means that it will automatically adjust to your device, whether it's a computer screen, tablet or smartphone.






BASIC VERSION

The PLC Controller ELP11R32 series is also available in a simplified BASIC version. This version has the same number of inputs/outputs, but does not have the casing with keypad and display.




HMI BRD CARD

Optional expansion card for PLC Controllers ELP11R32 series in BASIC configuration. Allows you to communicate with the controller via a USB, and the HMI connection using a dedicated connector.









PLC CONTROLLER ELP12R12-II

The PLC Controller ELP12R12-II is a compromise between functionality and mobility of the controller and small dimensions of the HMI room unit. It was created for small installations where a large amount of signals there is required (e.g. fan coils).

PLC CONTROLLER ELP13R14-P

The PLC Controller ELP13R14-P has rich resources of I/O including unique inputs for the current measurement in range up to 16A AC. Therefore it is widely applied in systems where it is necessary to measure the current flowing in the load circuit (i.a. motors, fans, heaters).

I/O MODULES ELPM SERIES

Expansion modules are used for the expansion of PLC controllers for an additional functionality. Their compact design, large resource of inputs and outputs allows you to build large control systems with compact dimensions. Each module can also realize their own algorithms and work as an independent executive module. Unlimited possibilities of configuration, service protocols, BACnet and Modbus slave device management (inverters, other modules), support all types of EL-Piast’s HMI room units.

PLC CONTROLLER 4-FUN

4-FUN Controller is a compact PLC controller, dedicated to fan coil systems. It allows plugging a network or a single fan coil unit to BMS System in both Modbus and BACnet communication protocol. Additionally, it can act as a master controller for the other 4-FUN slave controllers that control other fan coil units in the segment.

PLC CONTROLLER PLC-PPOZ

Fire Alarm Systems require a sequence of actions and connections between various systems in order to perform a fire scenario in a protected building. The PLC-PPOZ Controller was designed for supporting Fire Alarm Systems installed in a building in performing control algorithms. The PLC-PPOZ Controller is freely programmable PLC controller dedicated for use in fire systems. This device has all the functional features of controllers used in building automation systems BMS, while meeting rigorous standards for fire equipment.

The PLC-PPOZ Controller allows control and monitoring of 16 fire dampers equipped with an intelligent BELIMO BF24TL-T-ST Top-Line actuators designed to work with a communication bus MP BUS. In addition, the PLC-PPOZ Controller is equipped with 8 relay outputs for controlling external fire protection devices, and 8 inputs to monitor the status of actuating devices.

The controller executes programmed control algorithms based on the control signals from the external monitoring devices (e.g. information from the Fire Alarm System). The controller is designed to work standalone or on a network. Communication of the devices on the network is done by using digital data bus, based on the specially developed communication protocol. Networking allows you to perform complex control algorithms between controllers.
